Overview
This is a 16-week online interactive course aimed at developing clinical leadership and management skills for clinical and non-clinical leaders. The course is designed to promote communication and team working skills; understanding of personality and different leadership styles; and empowering innovation delivery and strategic
planning for healthcare provision.
Each topic is covered over a 2-week period with students discussing complex leadership and management scenarios underpinned by excellent teaching materials including, video presentations by experts. Students will have an opportunity to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses as leaders and managers and there is an optional section on mindfulness,which many students find helpful for their own self-development.

• 80% and above 40 CPD hours
• 60-79% 20 CPD hours
• 40-59% 10 CPD hours
• 39% and below No CPD hours
